American Deli by far is the greatest place to eat around Statesville, NC. Me and my husband both ordered different flavored hot wings. Peppered Garlic and Sweet Chili. Both were extremely fantastic! They were hot and fresh. Crunchy on the outside and soft hot chicken on the inside. It was delicious! The price is in the medium range not cheap but not too expensive. You definitely get what you pay for though. It was wonderful. Will come back again VERY VERY soon!
American Deli is a great place to eat. The food is always good, made fresh to order so it's never cold. They never disappoint. And they're not stingy with the portions like a lot of places.

Nice location located in the plaza serving American style food everything from wings to Rubens. The location was clean and well staffed with individuals that cared about making sure your order was correct. I was impressed with the speed and the level of customer service I received and will definitely visit this location again in the future.
The staff, is amazing at this location. I have ate here more tines than I can even count now. They recognize me when I call to place my order and when I arrive at the location. My coworkers know I am always going to eat at this location at least once every time I travel for work to Statesville. The staff, have been extremely busy many times I have went in, but they never have an attitude or seen even a little overwhelmed. The food is always amazing and exactly as ordered.
My boyfriend got me a beef philly cheesesteak combo for takeout. I waited about 20-30 minutes after he got home to eat it and OH MY GOD this is the BEST philly I’ve ever had!! even after it sat! I’ve never been to American Deli and a philly cheesesteak is usually my go-to order anywhere new that has it. This sandwich was soooooo good. All toppings cooked perfectly, seasoned, generously portioned and warm soft bread.... just absolutely perfect Highly recommend!!!
